Responsibility:
• Working close co-ordination with Contract Manager and Project Manager’s in developing and managing the project schedule and track key progress indicators. This includes developing, interpreting, presenting and managing project data gathered from internal and external sources.
• Develop, maintain and update project schedules for the Offshore Sub-project and report efficiently in close co-ordination with Client Scheduler.
• Working on Integrated Project Master schedule, Offshore Sub-project schedule, Contractor and Subcontractors schedules for the execution phases of the project.
• Contributing to the preparation of resourcing (CTR), costs estimates, execution plans, project controls and project management.
• Analyzing deviations from the baseline highlighting bottlenecks/delays, suggesting corrective actions and highlight schedule impact of any variance/change order.
• Establish and maintain Project Cost Control, Planning and Reporting procedures. Provide support to Project Managers.
