Provides support/services to International Offshore, Oil Drilling, Oil Engineering/Construction Companies carrying out projects for Qatar Petroleum, QatarGas, RasGas, Saipem, JRay McDermott, NPCC,etc by performing the following:

•Receive Owner/charter's appointment agency correspondence regarding supply boat activities/program in Qatar and make necessary arrangements.
•Co-ordinate/Arrange/process necessary paper work for inward/outward clearance with the clearing personnel/Port Tower for berthing/Unberthing of the offshore vessels calling Doha Port, Mesaieed Port and Ras Laffan Port and onboard the vessel when required.
•Responsible for inquiries about invoices internal/external matter, agency charges, credit note memo - invoice correction & vessels movement as well as valid certificates of the vessel.
•Calculate necessary charges with accordance to agency TARIFF of all tug boat/barge/Rig under QN agency and prepare invoices to the concern party.
•Processing invoices in time thru (Oracle) system includes agency fee, Messaieed/Ras Laffan Doha Port charges/dues, crew change, Hotel bills, provisions & Fresh Water supplied for monthly basis; Sort/arrange supporting documents against invoice then forward to accounts depart.
•Expedite request for crew sign-on/sign-off documents & update vessel crew lists when sailing.
•Processing/obtain QTEL GMDSS STATION LICENCE of the vessels under our Agency.
•Up keeping, safekeeping & maintenance of all relevant records such as log book of Ship's register in/outward clearance records, monthly invoices, crew lists, vessel certificate & berthing.
