Be responsible for data management and the organization of inspection reports.
Internal visual inspection of reactors, strippers, distillation towers, high pressure steam boilers, steam drums, fired & nonfired heaters, and storage tanks (fixed & floating roof).
Conduct health & condition monitoring of all types of stationary equipments using various NDT techniques such as RT, MPT, UT, DPT, HARDNESS and THICKNESS TESTS
Thickness gauging on Pipelines, Tanks, Boiler Tubes, Heat Exchanges and Boilers.
Magnetic Particle Testing & Dye Penetrant Testing of Pipe line & Equipments Weld Jobs.
Visual inspection of weld joints.
Calibration of NDT equipments & maintaining calibration records.
Photography of refinery equipments & piping for inspection record.
Calibration of NDT equipments & maintaining calibration records in hard & soft copy
And also I have an active exposure in sites during the time of shut down works, in identifying and modifications of existing lines in sites.
