Routine Activity as Manager - :

(i) Coordinating and monitoring safety aspects of the petrochemical Plants and allied services, such as workshops, power Plant, storage tankages areas, Utility services, & contractor services.
(ii) Reporting to Top Management with respect to Regulatory norms and preparation of the HSE & F report & follow-up thereof, & for the IFC (Financial Lenders USA Based)
(iii) Environmental monitoring with respect to local Govt Laws and guidelines
(iv) Fire prevention and allied equipment maintenance and insurance requirement
(v) Management of effective safety policy for benchmarking the world standards
Assisting and guiding subordinates for:
(vi) Accident Prevention: Incident Investigation, Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Measures, reporting.
(vii) Auditing of Petrochemical Plants on Regular Basis – Oil & Gas based – PSM Audit, Permit to Work, Energy isolations, confined space, Hot work, management of plant change, unsafe act / condition / behaviour, Equipment conditioning.
(viii) Safe Engineering practices, workshop / maintenance
(ix) Flammability & explosivity checks, Inspection of critical equipments for safety designs
