Discription of Current Job: As a Junior Well Engineer, I assist Drilling supervior and completion supervior to deliver the well (drilling and completion).
-Planning and organize the daily operation
-Manage HSE within and related to Wells operation
-Manage the different contractors to accomplish daily work within budget
-Report Daily operation to higher management
Achievement: Have drilled and completed 4 wells for the current project within two years.
Training:
-Assigned to Shell Malaysia Wells for 3 months as trainee engineer.
-Attended Shell Engineer training course (EP00, W100, W144 and Shell life) in Holland and the U.S.A.
-Pass Shell Well Engineer Round 1 Exam.
