Management position in operations or training

An In-Country Manager, Project Manager, Training Manager, Senior Technical Author and Gas Plant / Petrochemical / Production and Commissioning Supervisor, with extensive experience worldwide on LPG and LNG processes. Supervisor all disciplines for operational procedures, management responsibilities included, procurement, contracts formation, cost and schedule control, liaison with site area engineers on project management, business development, management and development of people and processes to maintain plant and equipment, responsible for development of a high-performing department staff with skills, know-how, requisite numbers of staff, and succession planning consistent with an upper top quartile group of refineries, chemical plants, and LNG plants, writing operations commissioning procedures and instructions.

• Project Manager dealing with JV contracts worth between £1million and £50 million
• Manager / Supervisor / Superintendent on LPG / LNG gas processes, worldwide
• Over 15 years management experience. Responsible for up to 350 personnel
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation of gas plants
• Experience of HSE laws, rules and regulations worldwide, having written many HSE procedures
• Senior Technical Author, writing and editing operation, safety, start-up and shutdown procedures and standing instructions
• Knowledge of ISO, OGP, OSHA, IMO, ISM criteria
• Production, maintenance and engineering training, both in classroom and on site
• Experience on Urea Plant and Petrochemical Plants
• Offshore experience
