• Receiving and distributing all preliminary O&M manuals, docs and construction drawings etc.
• Maintaining computrised database for all incoming, outgoing docs.
• Issuing all received docs. manuals and drawings to their respective departments and contractors.
• Incase of revised material, collecting back the old versions from their respective departments and contractors.
• Responsible of all reviews of O&M manuals.
• Maintaining the Technical Library as per system (KKS - Siemens Identification code)
• Keeping all red line commissioning documentation for record.

Identifying and analyzing the problems causing the machine vibration, & Recommending the corrective action for each problem.
