• Responsible for the co-ordination of transport equipment and personnel for unloading of vessels and delivery to job site of many oversize/heavy equipments for various major gas plants in Ras Laffan and Mesaieed, Qatar.
• Taking control and ensuring that all operations are conducted in a timely and safe manner in accordance with the HSE requirements on-site.
• Involved in project management decision making and weekly progress meetings, also reporting back to HQ on the daily useage of equipment and its location.

Site Lifting Supervisor : TIJD / South Pars 6,7 & 8 Project
• Responsible for the daily supervision of a dedicated and experienced team of transport and crane operators involved in the construction of a major gas plant in Assaluyeh, Iran.
• Pro-active in all activities relating to the transport and installation of many oversize and heavy equipment items. Taking control and ensuring that all operations are conducted in a timely and safe manner in accordance with the HSE requirements on-site.
• Reporting of any incidents, inspection of equipment and maintaining a good working environment for all personnel involved in the Project.
• Involved in project management decision making and weekly progress meetings, also reporting back to HQ on the daily useage of equipment and its location.
• Liaising with the client and engineers regarding all lifting and transport studies prior to their submission and final approval.
