• Repair, install, troubleshooting and perform other predictive & preventive maintenance tasks on control system (Electronic, Electrical, Pneumatic),on gas &fire detection systems, RTU & SCADA equipment and related communication equipment & auxiliary equipment such as electrical generators, air compressors, heaters, pumps, valves,filters,scrubbers,etc. Reads and interprets drawings, schematics & technical manuals, Bench and Field Calibration, Inspection and Loop checking.
• Calibration & Installation of all process transmitters of Pressure, Temperature, Level and Flow instrument. (Make: Rosemount, Foxboro, ABB, E&H, YOKOGAWA).
• Calibration and Maintenance of Control Valves, MOV, ON-OFF valve.(Make: Dembla, Fisher, Keystone, Elomatic , Rotork)
• Calibration and Maintenance of Pressure, Temperature and Level gauges, Pressure, Temperature, Level and Flow Switches and Gas Detectors.
• Hands on experience in compressor related Instruments/Logic checking, ESD systems, Mass flow, Vortex and magnetic flow metering. (Make: E&H).
• Familiar with Calibrators like Nagman, Druck India, Masibus, Scandura, Hart Communicator, IFDC and PC10.
