a. Fabrication Of L/H Pressure Vessels About 3500 Tons (+400 in Quantity) for Oil Refineries, Power Plants, Chemical / petrochemical Plants, Sugar Mills, Cement Mills And many Other Organization (1977 – 2003)
b. Fabrication / installation of different type of Storage Tanks about 3800 Tons (17 in numbers) For Oil & Gas sector, Refineries, Bulk Storage Tank Farms, & other Industries (1977-2003)
c. Fabrication / Machining of Heat Exchangers 140 Nos.(1200 tons approx.) With Excellent Quality For Oil & Gas Sector, Oil Refineries, Chemical / Petrochemical Plants, Urea Plants etc.
d. Fabrication Of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers For Oil Refineries & Chemical Plants.
e. About 360 Tons Fabrication of Stainless Steel Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks For Chemical / Petrochemical Plants.
f. Fabrication/ Erection Of Building Steel Structure About 16000 Tons For Pak Steel, Cement Mills, Urea Plants, Power Plants, Chemical Plants And many Others Field.
g. Fabrication Of Pipe Spools About 2900 Tons for Oil & Gas Sector, Oil Refineries, Power Plants, Chemical / Petrochemical Plants, Pakistan Steel, and Others.
h. Manage and supervised to extract details from P&ID provided by Client (PARCO Mid-Country Refinery), to prepare ISOMETRIC Drawings (2000 approx) of L/H pressure piping spools with all required details of the drawings with respective specifications, list the required materials with their specifications, size, volume, weight, length as per approved customer’s design specifications for fabrication at work shop / Field shop fabrication. We have completed this project with greet appreciations from Client & the management.

ACADEMIC- Metric with science (2nd Div.) from Government Boys Secondary School, Malir Cantt, Karachi – Pakistan, in 1971.
TECHNICAL- Mechanical Draughtsman’s course from Swedish Pakistani Institute of Technology. LANDHI, KARACHI - Pakistan, in 1979.
COMPUTER- I am computer literate and can handle following Softwares with full commands.
1- AutoCAD Software, Version 2004
2- Microsoft Office Include MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint
3- Microsoft Project

• Concern to my Jobs and responsibilities, I am aware with constructions Standards / CODs normally are using for design and constructions of various process equipments and structure internationally i.e. ASME-Sec-VIII, ASME-V, ASME-XI, ASME-B31.3, ASME-B31.1, API-650, TEMA, JIS, BS, ISO9001, ISO14001 etc. many of these books are in my library for taking reference & guidance timely.
• Can Manage And Supervise The Critical Activities Regarding Fabrication / Installations of L/H Pressure Process Piping, Process Equipments i.e. L/H Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Columns, Steel Structure for Any Type of Project i.e. Oil & Gas, Oil Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical, Plants as Per Clients / Design’s Specifications & Quality and Can Make Planning And Scheduling For Progressive Work.
• In Respect of Specifications, Design Calculations Provided by Clients or Design Engineers, Can Manage And Supervise A Team to Prepare All Type Of Detailed Engineering Drawings Of Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Reactors, Steel Structures ETC. with the help of AutoCAD in Good Command.
• From P&ID Of Piping Work, Provided by Clients, Can Manage And Supervise A Team to Prepare Isometric Drawings Include BOM (Bill of Material) Of Piping Spools to Facilitate Work Shop / Field Shop’s Fabrication activities and Records.
