WELL SITE SUPERVISOR (COMPANY MAN). Drilling and Completion.

Co-ordinate & monitor rig site operations carried out by drilling rig using all other services in accordance with the company provided plans / programs.

Co-ordination & control of company hired Rig & other Service Contractor’s equipments, personnel & services for efficient drilling operations.

Co-ordinate with management on daily progress and ensure the compliance with scheduled.

Participation in development of program for cost effective drilling systems.

Monitor work in adherence with quality control, safety and environmental guidelines.

Plan, indent & mobilize material, equipment and services required for scheduled drilling program.

Ensure that the Contractor meets all requirements of the contract and will verify and approve all the Contractor and Service Company Operations by way of tour reports and field tickets.

Ensure that the Contractor maintains the Rig and Equipments adequately to maximize efficiency and minimize down time, materials and equipments are properly utilized, handled and stored.

Ensure that all Safety Rules and Regulations are followed and will work with Drilling and Workover Engineers to see that modern practices are followed.

Ensure that all the Personnel operate in efficient and professional manner and study their operational reports as per the standards established by the company.

Work closely with Drilling & Workover Services Department personnel as required to accomplish objectives and will perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Drilling Superintendent.

Skill and expertise in Deviated Drilling including Short Horizontal Wells.

Offshore and jackup drilling experience and should have in-depth knowledge of Top Drive Units, MWD Technology and oil base muds.

Experience in drilling high pressure/high temperature wells as deep as 17,000 feet with heavy mud weights.
