Role 1 – Training Coordinator
Develop, implement, coordinate, and maintain the plant-training program to ensure compliance is achieved according to the training policies and requirements i.e. retraining frequencies, Department Training Matrix, needs analysis, etc.

Role 2 – ODMS (Quality) Coordinator
Develop, implement, coordinate and maintain the department quality management systems including raw material, customer, production, inventory / storage and process limitations according to the Company Operating Discipline Management System.

Role 3 – Plant Technical Advisor
Provide the process operation knowledge, technical expertise and operations experience to assist in correcting process or equipment issues and improving process performance and reliability.


Shift Supervisor (April 2000 – Oct. 2004)
Lead shift operation team for performing task, having fully responsible for managing the target production and their impact to the process, prepares daily performance summaries reports and monitoring the plant performance.


2. Ethylene (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd, Kerteh, Terengganu , Malaysia.
(Joint venture company between Petronas, BP Chemicals and Idemitsu Petrochemical Co to produce an ethylene plant - 320,000 tonnes per year.)

Lead Panel Operator (Nov. 1997 – Mar. 2000)

Maintaining the plant operation, monitor the process changes within my process and utility units with regard to the daily production instructions including stakeholder communications. Ensure the shift reporting as well as lead the plant troubleshooting.

Field Operator (Nov. 1993 – Oct. 1997)

Resume the duty of field operator by ensuring all the equipments are running smoothly including routine field surveillances and inspection during normal operation. Perform the task such as product sampling, taking reading equipment line up and etc.

3. Liquified Natural Gas (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

Terminal Operator (Nov. 1992 – Oct. 1993)

Resume the duty of the field terminal operator by ensuring smooth operation of storage facilities such as monitor the LNG storage level as well as loading/ unloading and jetty top site facilities, sampling and taking reading.
