„Ï Maintain the storages verify and receipt issue of various supply items to each army unit.
„Ï Performing inventories, location survey and instrumental in issuing these items to Task Forces during contingent operation.
„Ï Processing of receipts as per NSN, unit of issue, Nomenclature, quantity and condition code in the SARSS system.
„Ï Using FEDLOG system to find characteristic of item for processing on SARSS system.
„Ï Checking the manufacturing & expiry date of shelf life items such as paints, adhesive etc..
„Ï Arranging all the items in the location and ensure that all the items are properly stroed and prevent loss of accountability and damaging of items.
„Ï Performing proper maintenance of warehouse cleans and orderly fashion.
„Ï Supporting Customer at the help desk.
„Ï Loading and unloading of supplies and equipment¡¦s to flatbed /Man truck.
„Ï Pulling out of the materials according to the MRO¡¦s Generated and a locating in various customers.
„Ï Checking items, quantity with MRO¡¦s & dividing those to customer location.
„Ï Checking the packages of the Hazardous Waste Materials and Acceptable Condition Code at the time of Turn-In Process.
„Ï Issuing of Materials to different customers and army units according to DODAACS.
„Ï Sorting out of the customer items as per DODAAC and DOC, number ,and allocating to proper customer bin location after checking the quantity, unit of issue and nsn.
„Ï Providing administrative and clerical support for the daily operation in the issue section.
„Ï Keep a track reference file of MSDS sheets of the Hazardous materials.
„Ï Ensuring that all supplies are properly secured and safely transport in the storage areas.
„Ï Operating 4K, 6K, up to 16K Forklift and Taylor Dunn and performing before/ during/after PMCS of forklifts.
„Ï All other duties as prescribed by supervision as required.
„Ï Receiving, Procuring, Issuing and stocking raw food items in cold storages.
„Ï Maintaining records for all incoming stroed and out going raw food items.
„Ï Arranging raw food items in rack as per company stocking system.
„Ï Issuance of raw food items for cooking as per cook demands in company.
„Ï Packing and dispatching food items for out side customers.
„Ï Computer based Inventory control system.
„Ï Any other assigned task.
