· Reporting to the Managing Director, and have direct responsibility for the daily operations of the technology department.
· Responsible for building team cohesion and motivation by ensuring the establishment of good working environment and ethics.

· Recommend sales strategies to the marketing department.
· Administer the companies e-mail account running on Linux open source platform
· Suggest, recommend as regards to partnering and technical procurement to specification.
· Represent the company on technical issues as required.
· Budgeting, project planning and implementation.
· Liaise with partners in respect to solution, systems and technical issues.

· Installing and configuring servers using a host of element
· Installing and configuring Window NT server and Windows 2000 server
· Helpdesk assistance to over 1000PCs, backup and data recovery
· Part of the team responsible for network administration, installations, support and general operations of the corporations e-mailing and Internet services.
· Design and implement wireless LANs and MANs operating on the 2.4GHz ISM
Frequency band (knowledgeable in different brands of Wireless Radio equipment
Such as Speed LAN, Hyperlink, Orinoco, Breeze Net, Avaya and Cisco Aironet).
· Window NT System Administration.
· Installation, configuration and Administration of DHCP, DNS, RAS and PDS servers.
· Wireless LAN servicing and Maintenance for over 100 clients plus support of various hardware platform for both radios and computers
· PCs Assembly/Installation, Microelectronics repairs and maintenance.
· Structural Network design and physical cabling (LAN, WAN), troubleshooting network connectivity problem.

· Design and implement a web-to-SMS application running on Linux O/S to interface with VeeMobile network via a broadband VPN connection
