Given safety induction training to all employees including subcontractors.
Carry out weekly tool box talk. develop sufficient materials for above subject and preparation of monthly tool box talk schedule with related to work.
Carry out weekly safety meetings of all supervisions.
Carry out audits and follows up project HSE Schemes.
Participate in mobilization readiness audit/inspection.
Assist with developments of safety training program with particular emphasis during construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phase of projects.
Review and audits Interface documents focus points and any other HSE documents as assigned by superiors.
Prepare and complies in liaison with task officer HSE lessons learned during activities.
Carry out daily site survey to ensure that work method in operation are fully safe that health and safety requirements are being observed and welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.

Promote awareness of site personnel to participate in hazard identification & risk assessment and recommend control measures.
Follow up HSE related items on projects punch list to ensure adequate closure.
