Tasks: Analysis of geological and geophysical data including:
• Setting database package GIS 2D and 3D (Geographic Information System) for visualising, organizing, analysing and providing databases in petroleum and gas exploration (Blocks, Fields, Wells, Seismic lines, Faults, Gravimetric, Total Intensity, Hercynian Ecorche, technical reports…) linked to well logs (Logview), seismic sections (Seisview), geological cross-sections and technical reports.
• Filling and updating basemaps by using shotpoints coordinates with the Dutum and convenient projection.
• Basemaps vectorization (output formats loc, ASCII).
• Structural maps digitalisation (Isobaths, Isochrones, TWT Map…) and extracting xyz, cgm, cdr, shp, dxf and tif formats.
• Converting the field seismic acquisition geometry (Observer Report) from hardcopy to SPS digital format.
• Converting coordinates x, y (receiver file, sources file) from a projection to another projection with the spatial validation of there position.
• Updating of existing interpretations.
• Validation of geographic position of wells and seismic lines.
• Providing GPS data on maps.
• Vectorisation of well logs (Ezlog).
2-Final studies project: Cartographical of salted soil by remote sensing on Bas-Chlef area using satellite imagery of Landsat and Spot. Mar1999-Jun 2001
