Pesonnel Assistant : Tepe – Nacap Pipe Line Project - Turkey – Georgia .
• Interviews : Conduct competency-based interviews and discuss feedback
to Line Managers & ensure the consistency and integrity of the interview process, Update candidates on the status of their application within 5 working days .
• Selection and Offer : Inform candidates about the offer and negotiate
package; issue offer of employment to be initialized by the Recruitment Manager and signed by the HR Director; Obtain the acceptance and signature of the candidate on the offer letter; Conduct employment / background reference check .
• Reporting : Maintain weekly reporting on active vacancies and
statistics to evaluate the effectiveness of different sourcing methods / channels .

Recruitment Speciliast : IOEC Offshore Pipe Line Project - Keish – Iran .
• Review and assess all submitted applications paperwork and request agency or candidate for any missing documentation.
• Review staff vacancy lists for all regions to establish needs for regional departments and to select suitable applications.
• Coordinate with all departments about their future departmental staffing needs and initiate recruitment advertisements both within the hospital and externally via agencies.
• Arrange telephone interviews for candidates when required.
• Investigation and trouble shooting of various delays with regards to the mobilization of candidates and processing of visas .
• Compilation, update and analysis of various weekly / monthly reports on Excel. (Candidate Status report and ETA / Arrival report) for both International / Local hire .
• Communicate with both agencies and candidates directly, with regards the status of the applications received, together with the provision of written feedback as required.
• Coordinate the release of approved candidates within the country ; by arranging Bi- Lingual transfer of sponsorship letters or providing visa and related documents for candidates who are going on exit and have previously secured a NOC (Letter of no objection).
• Preparation of all Employment Contracts, and review of candidate documentation before submitting to Human Resources for processing.

[ 1991-1993 ] Got a Certificate in Commercial Science & Managements Skills in Lebanon .
[ 1993-1995 ] Got a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from STC in Lebanon.
