We have companies in Oman, Qatar, U.A.E., Saudi, China, Kuwait, Nigeria and Malaysia. We have invested in these companies by way of equity as well as loan. The respective heads sends monthly performance report and self visit once in three months all the companies to assess the real position. If any unfavorable situation is observed I bring it to the notice of our Head and board of directors. Finance arrangement from banks for our CAPEX and working capital requirement. Preparation of accounts as per IFRS. Have a good knowledge of Hyperion software accounting package for subsidiaries and associates.
