Job Description:Elec Engineer
Estimation of Electrical & Instr works in various oil & gas projects for KNPC, KOC, Joint Operations & Equate Petrochemicals. Design of Electrical works in KNPC, KOC Projects. Job Include:Study of Tender Documents, Specifications, Data Sheets & Drawings Etc, Pre-Bid Design of Electrical System Design based on tender requirement, Preparation of MR for Critical Equipments/Bulk Materials, Developing BOQ for Electrical Eqpmnt and Bulk Materials, Cost Estimation .Construction Cost Estimate including Construction Man Power, Equipment, Tools & Tackles, consumables, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Labour. Preparation of Complete Technical proposal including company resources, project Organization Chart, Execution Schedule, Method Statement (Project Execution Methodology) and other related inputs as per client requirements. Achievement includes 11 million project for KNPC Heaters & Boilers Safety Upgradation & Emission Control Project at Shuaiba Refinery, 3 million project for Ministry of electricity & Water Kuwait.
The following are the major tenders: 0.1.CS/1664: Heaters & boilers Safety Upgradation & Emission Control Projects at Shuaiba refinery – 11 million project of which nearly 7 million is E & I 2.ME/EW/89 – nearly 3 million E & I 3.LPK Project in OL2K – Poly Ethylene Plant Expansion (Construction contract value 33 Million USD 4.RFP 1009 Crude Export Facilities 5.CA/PD/3570 : MOIP Phase 1 6.Mechanical -2 Equate Project 7.Mechanical -3 Equate Project 8.RFP 1286 :Building new gathering Center in Sabariyah Field North Kuwait 9. RFP 1360: Replacement of 9 Crude Oil filling lines. Preparation of cable sizing calculations, cable schedule, load list, ,lighting calculations of tanks , UPS rooms & Battery rooms, UPS sizing, transformer sizing, earthing calculations and responsible for preparation of single line diagram, Cable route lay out, earthing layout, Specifications/Data sheets for material requisition as per the KNPC /KOC standard & specifications
