Shift Supervisor/Senior.Field Technician

I would like to take an opportunity to expand my knowledge and experience in the company and i also like to take and learn this new experience working in the middle east country.

Supervises cargo operations and ensures that all in Standing Orders,Guidelines and Procedures pertaining to Cargo Operations and Safety Guidelines & regulations.Supervise cargo technicians,ensure good work practices & efficiency of work performed.Monitoring and controlling crude oil processing system through DCS for smooth operation,Conduct planned start-up and shutdown sequence in a safe manner,Perform pigging operation for crude,gas and water injection line from remote platform,Performed well test by using Multiphase Flow Meter(MPFM),Ensuring all activites at platform is being performed in safe situation via permit to Work system,Monitoring and controlling utilities & supporting system such as Glycol Regeneration system,Hot Oil system,Compressed air system and etc,Maintain continuity and availability of plant and equipments to achieve optimum production,Update all production and safety reports,Involved Dual skill programme,Issuance of Permits for maintenance and contractor's work,To provide guidance and training to Junior Technicians,Involved in chemical handling,Maintain all fire fighting equipments are in good condition,Involved in fire fighting and rescue as a Damage Control Team members.Cargo operations and related activities includes take charge of the following items are run in good and safe manner :-Tanks to be loaded,transferred,discharged,washed or drained of water,Tank and pump room heating coil valve setting and temperature of the tanks,Crude oil line pressure and temperature are well maintain,Fuel gas pressure,Tank cleaning line pressure,Cargo Report,Inert gas pressure,Current loading tank level.There is a completed section for each of two daily shifts.To ensure that all events and activities are correctly recorded and constantly up-dated Major activities and any equipment down,Safety record of LTA,Prepares the Daily Crude Oil Terminal report.Issuance of Permits for maintenance and contractor's work,To provide guidance and training to Cargo Technicians.Takes appropriate action as required by the Emergency Response Plan during an emergency.& Carryout shift duties as per the instructions given by the FSO Master and also take responsible duty during cargo supervisor on leave.
