Logistics Assistant : Unicef
- Coordinate with the Programmer Section in the preparation of appropriate documents: Release Order, Supply List, and purchase orders, etc.; according to procurement specifications and supply procedures.
- Responsible for the logistics planning, and arrangements facilitating efficient clearance, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment to end-users from ports of entry and UNICEF distribution centers.
- Monitors the supplies stock in the distribution centers.
- Proposes corrective actions to improve logistical procedures.
- Prepares the Monthly Stock report for the head-of-office and Sudan Country Office.
- Maintains the database of Logistics and updates it based on the distribution of supplies to all project sites.

- Responsible for making the local market survey and share it with the Asst. Operations Officer.
- Assist the administrative assistant in the physical inventory of UNICEF non-expandable properties and update the NEP records on UNICEF database.
- Responsible for Cargo and UNHAS bookings.
- Responsible for the weekly pouch registry and distribution.
