A) With present Employer (Construction Safety)

• I was awarded the Mebrouk Award TWO TIMES by QP for outstanding performance. (Scanned copies are attached).
• I was an active member in the Audit Team to carry out HSE Audit for QP.
• Authorized signatory for consolidated permit to Work for QP.
• Authorized Gas Tester (AGT) to conduct Gas Testing.
• Developing various procedures for HSE based on QMS format.
• Regularly attending HSE meetings of the contractors on behalf of QP.
• The system is periodically audited by BVQI for ISO 9000 & 14001.

B) With Previous Employer (Process Safety)

• I have done a Project Work individually under “Safety in a Fertilizer Industry” to find the gaps in the system. The report with existing engineering controls and recommendations was submitted.

• I have done a Term Work individually on “Fire & Explosion Hazard Assessment using Dow Index” for NH3, LPG and C7H14 storages. The report with existing engineering controls and recommendations was submitted.
