Duties and responsibilities:

Supervise and check the alignment of pumps, gas &steam turbine with generator and other rotating equipment.
Responsible to coordinate client about schedule and planning of works.attending coordination meeting with sub-contractor about the situation in the field and some engineering work/modification.
Coordinate in-charge personnel to give necessary information for monthly,weekly and everyday schedule of work in field. Attending everyday meeting with other department personnel and construction manager about in mechanical and monitoring of progress trend, and submitted about monthly, weekly and everyday progress reports.
Responsible for the construction activities like schedule of work activities and manpower requirement to meet required completion date. Maintain knowledge of safety policies, procedures and practice safe works habits.

Supervise and check the aligning pump,turbine all rotating equipment using reverse method.Monitoring project activities, man-hour spent, material used and equipment utilize. Familiarization with layout and drawing coordinate with the engineer for update. Used optalign laser alignment making centerline and elevation for I installation of pumps,vessels and machinery such as conveyor, roller and bucket elevator. Refurbishment of rotating equipment commissioning proved to be proficient in the reverse alignment procedure strip down and tie build of pumps,diesel engine compressor and refurbishment of various type of mechanical seal. Overhauling pressure safety valve (PSV),gate valve , globe valve and Gas Turbine.
Supervising and Co-ordinate all Shutdown Activities (train 1 & 3 in RAS GAS project,under CMS&A)are carried out according to Company?¦s approved standards.
