PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Financial Analyst – Financial controlling and Reporting department Since 1st of October 2005
Financial Controlling and Reporting department is responsible for generating external and internal reports of the company- external reports that are required by the headquarters in Germany and Internal reports and its analysis needed by top management to steer the company.
In addition to checking and controlling the Journal Vouchers that concern costs of the comm. business within the company.
Job Description:
• Checking and approving cost Journal vouchers for comm. Business
• Budgeting financial results and amending forecast depending on actual results.
• Preparing CIO report (external report concerned by IT costs and its deviations or alignment with budgets)
• Responsible for Pact report ( a cost reduction program)
• Reporting the financial results of the business and monitoring its deviation or alignment from budgets
CPM (commercial Project Manager for EWSD projects) – Commercial Services Department from Dec. 2004 till 1st of October 2005
The Commercial services is responsible for monitoring and commercial controlling of projects from its preliminary phase till follow-up after termination using the latest financial and operational control methodologies assisted by the most recent soft wares in the project control field.
In addition commercial services department is responsible for all service sales generating divisions (helping in calculating its budgets, forecasts, follow up of actual sales and expenses for these divisions.)

• Responsible for the follow-up of projects from installation till final acceptance
• Percentage of Completion calculation per project and calculating rate per hour per employee for service projects.
• Responsible for most of the internal and external reporting (required either from headquarter in Munich or by Top management).
• Interface with representatives of headquarter (Germany).
• Responsible for CIO and Pact reports (mentioned above).

Controller - Controlling department
Since 1st of April 2003 till Dec 2004
Controlling department was the initial controlling department before splitting to commercial services and financial reporting and controlling departments, where the above mentioned tasks were initially performed in the controlling department in addition to several other tasks.
