Main Responsibilities - Warehouse & Inventory Control
•Handled inventory of USD 5 Millions (Approx) which includes more than 14,000 various items stored in 8 warehouses & open yards
•Supervising all warehouse personnel & directing them to carry out the day to day warehouse activities
•Monitoring of receiving, offloading & dispatching of goods, inspecting, identifying / labeling & storing of materials & issuing materials to end-users (FIFO) etc and coordinating with QC and procurement dept.
•Maintaining & managing materials by establishing proper levels of safety stock, selecting the most efficient storage space, analyzing space utilization & planing layout of warehouses, stores and other storage areas by considering turnover, size, weight & related factors of items storage like items to be stored in AC areas, flammable items etc.

•Saved more than USD 1.2 millions (Approx.) by suggesting the alternate material / developing the import substitute material / vendor development / effective etc
