CAREER ACHIVEMENTS:
• Had a great role in establishing new recycling/treatment/disposal routes in BP Azerbaijan for some wastes (oily gravel, oily sand/soil, drilling fluids, oily water, plastic, waste IT equipment, waste cable) which were waiting for a years for disposal and had a significant storage cost to company.
• Established BP Azerbaijan Waste Contractor Assurance system, developed annual audit schedules and audited over 20 waste contractors annually upon contractual requirements.
• Conducted BP Azerbaijan/Georgia Waste Management Compliance Audits through all offshore and onshore operational/project facilities (7 offshore installations, 2 oil terminals, over 15 pipeline pump/pigging stations annually), as a result shared more than 100 best practices through facilities each year.
• Developed BP Hazardous Waste Passport system according to Local legislation (linked to Basel convention requirements), prepared more than 150 passports for BP hazardous waste.
• Developed Environmental Monitoring programs and implemented them to BP waste management sites.
• Achieved EMS ISO 14001 certification of BP Hazardous Waste Management Facility
• Achieved ISO 9001 certification to Cardboard Factory, EMS ISO 14001 and HACCP to Tea Factory.
