work in petrochemical field

Presently I am working as a Manager Safety and Training at Akbari Chemicals Multan Road Lahore Pakistan.

1) 7 years worked as a General Operator at Ethylene Plant in Equate Petrochemical Company Kuwait.
Responsibilities/duties are,
Punch list, commissioning, start up, shut down, trouble shootings, furnace TMT reading, radiant coil pressure reading, furnaces swapping, decoking, the furnace pre-sulfiding, Crack gas compressor, caustic wash tower, heavy separation, light separation, expander/compressor, propane gas compressor, ethylene gas compressor, hydrogen gas compressor, PSA, MMA, HP, MP & LP Steam turbines, ethylene and ethane storage tank, BOG gas compressor, control room. Prepare master card and prepare equipment for preventive maintenance job.

2) 5-1/2 years, worked as a Senior Supervisor Polymer in Rupali Polyester Ltd Pakistan.
Responsibilities/duties are,
Hitachi & Toray company digital control room, HTO heaters, oligomer and PC filters, and PC reactors under vacuum system, ejector condensers system and EG recovery plant. Prepare work orders and prepare equipment for preventive maintenance

3) 1 year, worked as a Chief Operator in Aradet LAB Complex Beiji Iraq.
Responsibilities/duties are,
Furnaces, H2 compressors, linier alkyl benzene plant [HF acid] and neutralization plant.

4) 2 years, worked as an Operator at Hydro-cracking section in Petromin Shell Refinery KSA.
Responsibilities/duties are,
Start up, commissioning, trouble shootings, taking round, centrifugal/ reciprocating compressors, furnaces, HP, MP &LP Steam turbines, main fractionation, kerosene, gas oil, naphtha, debutanizer columns and LPG section.

5) 3 years worked as an Operator at Ammonia section in Exxon Chemical Company Pakistan.
Responsibilities/duties are,
Start up and shut down of multistage/multiservice reciprocating compressors, furnaces, catacarb, carbon dioxide compressor and ammonia recovery section.

bachelor in science with majors, physics, math, chemistry and english.

I got certification in Equipment Owner Rep, Electrical Level-2, CSE Entrant, Fire Watch, LOTO Authorized, Gas Tester, Respirator Wearer, Standby Attendant, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Inspector, Computer basic training and First aid.

Activities
I have taken part in plant commissioning start up and shut down many times.
I have taken part in safety meetings, firefighting training, First aid exercise and ERT member during my service
