· Implementation of the company’s HSE policy, standards & procedures
· Training of the senior management as well as Project Management & Execution
staff on company’s safe working procedures and Health & Safety Manual.
· Highlighting the non compliance if there are any with the company’s safe
working procedures and safety policy
· Performing the internal audits of the sites as well as the office premises
and submitting the inspection report to the Business GM and to the region
· Performing site inspections of the sites to monitor the safety status and
implementation of the Tyco’s safe working procedure requirements and
submitting the inspection findings to the departmental heads and the GM
· Providing training to the contractor employees and monitoring the
contractor safety management program
· Performing the safety inspection of the contractor premises, tools & equipment
· Developing and Submitting the Monthly EHS Safety report and EHS metrics
on monthly basis and EHS quarterly report to the Regional EHS Manager.
· Performing Pre-delivery inspection of the incoming material.
· Monitoring the EHS targets for different departments as well as developing
the training programs
· Organizing the monthly safety committee meeting to discuss the safety issues
and the implementation status of the EHS targets
· Conducting Task Risk Assessment study
· Monitoring the safety status in the office premises which includes the health
and hygiene issues also
