Job Description:
Assist the Chief, Fuel Utilities Loss Control Administration (FULCA) Project Engineer in the contracts preparation, contractors/suppliers selection and materials specification. Strict supervision and implementation of the Insulation rationalization works and repair of all the Refinery old steam lines (low pressure and high pressure), process units, towers, heat exchangers, boilers etc.
Develops and Prepares mechanical engineering design, cost estimates and specifications of the insulation materials based on the Petron Bataan Refinery established Technical Specifications , Codes & Standards.
