• Designed Cotter Joint, Knuckle Joint and Turn Buckle using PRO/E 2001 and the calculations were done in MathCAD.
• Designed Screw Jack using PRO/E 2001 and the calculations were done in MathCAD.
• Analyzed the stresses in the pressure vessel in ANSYS when the vessel was subjected to internal pressure, the pressure vessel model was made in PRO/E.
• Contact Stress Analysis – Estimated contact stresses, contact area of hemispherical punch in contact with aluminum cylinder using ANSYS.
• Designed and analyzed a pressure vessel using two finite element pressure vessel software’s COMPRESS and PVELITE, both the software’s performed FEA code calculations and they were compared to calculations done by the MathCAD.
