Planning
? Provide project management support in the development and maintenance of the activities, logic, resources and progress of the approved integrated schedule (fabricators, suppliers, CAT1, CAT3, HUC, maintenance) against the baseline
? Provide the Project Manager/Project Lead with weekly/monthly progress updated, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses.
? Verify that the contractors’, fabricators’, suppliers’ reported progress is correct and accurately reflected in the project’s integrated plan.
? Assess the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and ‘What if?’ scenarios to aid project management decision-making.
? Apply probabilistic techniques to determine and communicate the possible range of schedule completion dates for the project. This will include tracking schedule risk mitigation efforts, the criticality of the main paths to completion, float consumption and the release of the 50/50 schedule contingency.
Costing
? Maintain SAP cost structure for new PRs/Pos (including invoice plan phasing, zeroing out from General Plan Cost-GPC, Actual vs plan tally and monitor cost in SAP)
? Ensure monthly capture of accruals in SAP
? Carry out cost progress reporting (Major Project Review, PROMIS, Petronas, Partners etc)
Regional EPA Supports for Primavera
? As “Administrator” to provide/manage the primavera database
? Focal point for Primavera (Training, Testing, Migration, Update, Username/Password etc)
