Design & Application Engineer / Project Engineer

Currently working on the project of Los Algodones Compressor Station,Mexico, USA. This Project includes Design & Fabrication of Los Algodones Compressor Station’s SCADA System.It includes development of complete PLC Application. Software used for the development is RSLogix 5000 of Allen Bradley.
HMI (Human Machine Interface) Development.Software used for developing HMI application is ifix-intellution 4.0 of GeFanuc.
• Worked on up gradation project for Olero Creek Revamp, Chevron Nigeria Limited. Up-gradation includes replacing existing PLC application for PLC-5 to Control Logix (Allen Bradley). Major responsibilities in this project were Panel Design & Engineering & Development of HMI (software used Intouch Wonderware) using Archestra (Server-Client Architecture by Intouch Wonderware).
•Worked on the Control System development for a newly build up Millennium Flow station of Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P, that is situated in Oklahoma, USA. PLC system used in this project is Control Logix (Allen Bradley) & HMI Software used is RSview Machine Edition (Allen Bradley). Major Responsibilities in this project were the Development of PLC Application & updating the HMI with new screens.
•Worked on the up gradation of Control system,(from PLC-5 to Control Logix of Allen Bradley), for Chevron Kazakhstan (Tengizchevroil Kazakhstan). Major Responsibilities in that project were Panel Design & Engineering.

Worked in the Industrial Performance Department of PACKAGES LIMITED. Major responsibilities were:
•Migration of the existing Safety Management System dependent on external authority to a self driven internally dependent Safety Management System with the assistance of Unilevers Pakistan.
•Working on an Energy Conservation Project by mutual collaboration of ICI Pakistan & Packages Ltd. targeting 20% reduction in Energy Consumption billing.
•To locate & prepare feasibility of Automation Projects Companywide.
•Running & Monitoring Productivity Improvement circles (PITs) working on Increasing Efficiency & Performance by 5-10% & waste Reduction by 2-5%.
•Recommendations for reduction in setting time, downtimes & waste on behalf of Studies of different machines after every 2-3 months.
•Working on two Projects regarding Material Problem & Reduction in Electrical Breakdown hours under the scope Packages Productivity Team.
