„X Good exposure to Plant Process P & IDs, Instrumentation loops & systems, Electrical systems and Piping, Mechanical & Civil engineering fields
Essential Functions
„X Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair of various devices & control loops such as Pressure (pneumatic & hydraulic), Temperature, Flow & Electronic devices (analogue & digital)
„X Troubleshoot & Maintenance of relay logic systems, PLC systems, DCS systems, Turbine controls, Compressor surge flow totalizing loops, Air drying systems, Local & Remote annunciations, Gas & Oil fired heaters, Re-boilers, Valves of varying designs & Manufactures and etc
„X Works with tubing & pipe fittings from vacuum to high pressures to exceed 3500 PSI and electrical circuits with potentials up to 480 volts
„X Use of various types of test equipment
„X Providing written & oral documentation of job status & using, updating of electrical / electronic / piping & instrument drawings & schematics
„X Routinely perform safety & productivity observations; shop, field inspections
