• Programming of PMS, AGO, LPFO and DPK Production in the Refinery.
• Participated in the Turn-Around-Maintenance of the Boiler, Turbine
• Overall cleaning of Heat Exchanger units with dilute HCl.
• Troubleshooting of cracks on flowlines using magnetized sensitive equipments.
• Subsequent constructive repairs on those cracked pipelines.
• Planning & Execution of maintenance procedures on pipelines in the refineries.
• Monitoring of the Crude Oil & Finished Products tank farm.
• Programming of the Refinery Processing of Finished products.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Develop, prepare and compile scopes of work and cost estimates for Flowline projects.
• Participated in the design, fabrication and installation of dummy shaft with single flange for the screw conveyor belonging to Dangote-Bail (Nig.) Ltd.
• Participated in the design, machining and fabrication of a giant screw conveyor for Dangote-Bail (Nig.) Ltd.
• Design and Construction Maintenance of Sprockets and Rollers for Material Handling unit.
• Design and installation of Insulating materials for cooling towers, waste gas duct to raw mill and second wt fan ducts for Cement Company of Northern Nigeria, Sokoto.
• Using Lathe Machine API compliant for fabrication works.
• Installed Production Vessel parts belonging to NAOC at Oshei Flow Station.
• Currently working on the EPC contract for the Installation of four (4) ESD valves (Test separator header, Two phase separator header, High pressure separator header & Export line header) belonging to NAOC at Oil Akri Flow station.
PROJECT WORK: Carried out work on the different methods of producing Hydrogen Gas for Fuel consumption and the safety implications to the end user.
