Coordinates all activities of a warehouse, such as fleet
management,receiving, shipping and having
multiple projects to meet project deadlines and budgets.

Plans and implements the delivery and improvement of services,staffing,
and resources.

Managing a staff consists of 32 employees as follows:
2 assistants, 5 clerks, 6 store keepers, 14 labors, 3 carpenters and 2
drivers.

Maintaining astringent system for incoming and outgoing processes.

Evaluates the effectiveness of services provided and recommends changes
in procedures.

Monitor all warehouse activities.
