• Stock & Consumable Issues Register/Inward Register, Outward Material Register, Inter Rigs Transfer.
• Inventory Records Register & File, Cycle Count, Critical Materials sorting out with T/P, Ch.Mech/Ch.Elect.
• Drilling Equipment Register : Tubular's, Cross Over, Elevators, Stabilizers, Fishing Tools, FOSV, Lifting Subs,
• Spares Containers : PPE's, Mud Pump, Mechanical, Electrical, Lifting Gears, TDS 11SA Spares.
• Cash/Imprest handling with statement of every month send to Base Office/Magt.
• Monthly Reports : Receipts, Issues, Inventory, Internal Rig Transfer,
• Materials Requisition thru ERP ORBITS, Oracle Application Forms & Services.
• System updating of : MR Creation, Receipts-Stock/Consumable, Issues-Stock & Consumable etc…
• Preservation of Materials / House Keeping / Safety while handling forklift/crane.
• Main Stores : Office with Desk Top and Racks containing of Spares.
• E-Mail Correspondence with Base Manager, Procurement Manager, Purchasing Dept., Finance.
• Annual Physical Stock/Inventory Verification with Auditors. Updating in System on daily basis.
• Arranging NDT INSPECTION for Tubular's and Lifting Gear as directed by D.Supdt / Tool Pusher.
