As a post graduate in Welding Engineering with Metallurgical background and additional qualification in Welding Inspection (CSWIP-3.2 Senior Welding Inspector), Non Destructive Testing (ASNT NDT Level – III in VT,PT,MT,RT,UT), BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector-Grade 2 and Auditor/ Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS-18001:1999, I would like to forward my curriculum vitae for any of the related positions to my caliber in your reputed Organization.

With my present position as Management Representative and QA/QC Head, I am well experienced in Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Preparation of Welding Procedure Specifications, review and approval of NDT Procedures, Coating and Painting Procedures, Emergency evacuation, HSE Plan, Risk Assessments, Electrode selection, Internal Audits and preparation of Quality Plan.

Have worked in Oil & Gas Projects in India and Abroad for Cross Country Pipelines in Onshore and Marshy areas (Partly Offshore), Cryogenic Tanks, LNG trains and Piping of Crude Distillation and Vacuum Distillation units in Refineries, Welding for Hot Tappings on live lines, Insulation, Painting and Coating of Pipelines and Pipings.

Independently managed QA/QC team and co-ordinated for major pipeline and piping projects including Vendors and Subcontractors Quality Compliance and well aware of all construction activities and having a thorough Knowledge of related Codes and Standards, General Specifications of major Clients, Non destructive Testing, Mechanical Testing, Hydrotesting, Heat Treatment, Cathodic Protection, Painting and Coating, Preparation & Qualification of WPS (API, DNV, ASME-IX, ASME B 31.3 & 31.8, AWS D1.1) and review of Construction procedures, Work methods and statement with Risk Assessment and Emergency Evacuation Plan.
