SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

More than 13 years of all-around multidisciplinary experience in Petrochemicals & Oil & Gas industries, mainly in the field of Plant Maintenance Engineering of continuous process operations, Offshore Field Services & Project execution. Main area of expertise is hands-on experience of Rotating Equipments, which includes related activities like Erection, Commissioning, Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Complete Overhaul. All these are attended following sound engineering practices.
Working experience in the specially conceptualized field of “GAS COMPRESSION MODULES” for Offshore Platforms. Major tasks involved are Erection & installation of Gas turbine & Centrifugal gas compressor trains with related auxiliaries on module decks, Pre-commissioning & String Test of Modules at fabrication yard, Commissioning at offshore, Troubleshooting & overhaul. Major assignments in oil & gas field are:
• Commissioning of compressor trains at MSP Platform, ONGC Ltd, India.
• Troubleshooting & Overhauling of Centrifugal Gas compressor at HIP Platform, Nippon Oil Exploration Ltd, Malaysia.
• Erection & installation of Gas turbine & Compressor train at HL engineering fabrication yard, Malaysia for ‘BAKP-B2’ platform of ‘Petronas Carigalli Sdn Bhd’, Malaysia.
• Involved as a task force member for ‘Vasai East Development’ project’ of ONGC Ltd, India; which includes 3 Nos. Gas Compression Modules.
• Currently working with ‘Marathon Oil’ Group company for the ‘Gas & Condensate Processing Plant (Onshore & Offshore Facility)’; located in West Africa.
o Active member of Reliability Acceleration programme at Marathon. Working in coordination with ‘Plant Asset Management Limited, UK (Petrofac Group)’ to redevelop PMRs for plant rotary equipments.

Since 19th Dec’2006, as a “MAINTENANCE ENGINEER” in ‘Operations & Maintenance’ department of ‘Gas & Condensate Plant’ (Offshore & Onshore Facility) at Equatorial Guinea.(Leave Cycle job).
Key responsibilities are
• Analyze equipment failure & prepare reports.
• Specify procedures for major equipment overhaul, annual shutdown & equipment modifications, long term projects.
• Active member of Reliability Acceleration programme at Marathon. Working in coordination with ‘Plant Asset Management Limited, UK (Petrofac Group)’ to redevelop PMRs for plant rotary equipments.
• Selection of vendors, contractors for material / equipment purchase, engineering consultants, technical services.
• Technical support through SAP – PM model.
