Senior Welding Inspector and QA/QC supervisor

More than fourteen (14) years of working experience in Quality Control as Senior welding Inspection and Supervision for the construction of various onshore/offshore structures, piping and boiler parts.

Yard Senior QC Supervisor (Structural) (Present) PT. McDermott Indonesia. Reporting to the Yard Quality Manager. Supervising all area Senior Inspectors assigned in Material Receiving, Pipemill, Piperack, Bracerack, Deck Shop and Plate Shop. Specific responsibilities include: coordinate all inspection activities undertaken on the yard, ensuring that adequate personnel are available to meet inspection demands in a timely manner, ensuring that Non-Conformance Reports are raised as necessary in accordance with the approved procedure, ensuring that Fabrication Operations are monitored to ensure compliance with specified and approved measures, ensuring that visual weld inspections are undertaken in timely manner, coordinating the production of the necessary documentation with the Certification Department, and coordinating Quality and NDT activities with Project Quality Coordinators respectively and Reviewing Radiographs. Projects include fabrication of Conoco Philips SuTuVang, Kerisi, North belut, Arthit Processing Platform and Jacket for PTTEP, NWS Phase V LNG Modules for Woodside Energy Ltd and West Berani Pontoon for Keppel Fels.
