About Job Experience:

Copper Refining From 95% to 99.99% by Electrolytic Method (Hydro metallurgical process) and Slime Leaching and Slime Fire Assay Analysis. Apart from Above Mentioned Experiences I got thorough knowledge of copper smelting and sulphuric acid plant operations .
Current concern just before two years only we have started refining process, so I have good knowledge to arrange a new laboratory and instruments installation .
I have coordinated to got LME grade for my company cathode plates.
And now we trying to get NABL lab.
Here I am a internal auditor for ISO 9001:14001 also.
Now I am a sectional head for CCR LAB.
Laboratory Experience
Operation & calibration for the following instruments, ICP (Inductive Coupled Plasma) and AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrometer) .GTA (graphite tube analyzer),
GC (gas chromatography), Oxygen, hydrogen, sulpher determinators (made by LECO), Milling machine (hk 80 F model made in German), Induction Furnace (made by top casting, Ittaly), OES (optical emission spectrometer, model ARL 4460). Cathode bundles physical gradiation, CCR rod SEN/DSEN, CCRod Conductivity analysis by Kelvin Bridge, ROD Tensile strength ,Hardness checking,CCRod coil, and cathode stuffing,
