At the present time i am Instrument lead engineer of one of the bigest refinery projects in IRAN. we are in detail engneering stage of this project and the effective date of this project is 5 May 2006.

I am a BS Electrical _Electronic Engineer with more than 11 years valuable experience in Instrumentation Basic and Detail Design Engineering as senior design engineer in well known consultant company as well as construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning supervisor and site manager, in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas projects and plants respectively.
Job Description: My present Job is Instrument lead engineer of one of the biggest refinery projects which is started May 2006 and I was lead engineer of one of biggest petrochemical project before that, ammonia plant, which was in Bandar Imam Area in south of IRAN.
More than 10 people are working as a work team, subordinates, with me for detail engineering of so called these projects containing below items as duties of this work team.
1) Basic review of all documents during Basic engineering stage which are issued by a licensor who is normally a foreign company like TOYO, ABB Lummus, UOP, and CASALE.
2) Preparation of Engineering Standard Specifications (ESS) and Material Standard specification (MSS: Material Standard Specification) for specific plant/project and packages.
3) Preparation of Instrument data sheets, Cal sheets, any necessary Drawings for all field devices and components, Logic Diagram, Loop Sketch, instrument list and basically all detail engineering documents needed for a big project.
4) Requisition preparation of all Instruments and all field and control room devices supposed to be installed in the plant and packages control system.
5) Review of all received quotation from different vendors competitors of all requisitions and preparation of related TBA (Technical Bid Analysis).
6) Vendor document and drawing checking and final approval on them for manufacturing and shipment.
7) Site consultancy and supervision services during installation / pre-commissioning and commissioning.

In addition of above mentioned experiences I had during last 6 years, I was as Instrument and electrical construction site manager and supervisor of several petrochemical plants construction and commissioning projects within 5 years before those 6 years.

I am graduated from one of the well known university in IRAN, Shiraz university, in Electrical-Electronic engineering in 1991.
