My areas of experience are:
•Reliability: Applications of different techniques related to Reliability to improve the industrial performance. The techniques used are: RAM analysis to detect weakness in the system and warranty a correct availability indicator, feasibility studies using life cycle cost to support some equipment improvement or changes, Criticality analysis to determine and hierarchy the risks in different areas, use of RCM techniques to improve the preventive maintenance plan, RCA to determine the real cause of different failure.
•Maintenance Coordinator: a) Technical support in operation and maintenance teams to maximize the systems availability; b) Follow up to all recommendations to eliminate the root cause of failure; c) Technical support in troubleshooting in rotating and static equipment; d) Work scope of OPEX and CAPEX project to warranty the mechanical integrity of different systems like centrifugal pumps, reciprocating equipment, gas turbines, furnaces, refrigerated tanks (Propane, butane), tanks with floating roofs (Naptha), tanks with geodesic domes (crude oil), heat exchangers, Pipelines, Cathodic Protection Systems, Pumping station, among others; e) Control and preparation for the OPEX and CAPEX Budget

Knowledge and Skills:

•Full understanding of rotating and static equipment, repair methods, seal plans.
•Experienced working under pressure and with clear goals
•Strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse environment to achieve results
•Knowledge of Standards API, ANSI, ASME, NACE, NFPA, ASHRAE
•Risk Management: a) work permit; b) confined spaces; c) Knowledge of risk due to derived of petroleum, gas, H2S, hydrochloric Acid, MTBE, Methanol, noises, among other; d) Use of respirator; e) Atmosphere Evaluation, H2S, CO2, Gas, etc. f) First aids; g) Critic lifting
•Use of software: SAP, Crystal ball, Microsoft Office, RAPTOR, RARE, Mind manager
•Understanding of cathodic protection systems, crude oil measurement, repair methods in crude oil and gas Tanks, heat exchangers, furnaces, pipelines.
•Vibration analysis in rotating machineries
•Abilities to supervise
