My work responsibilities at the Conventional Multi Buoy Mooring facility (CBM) include:
- Vetting inspection on behalf of Exxon & head of
fire fighting department
- Supervise tug towing of tanker & positioning in
buoy field
- Coordinate mooring procedures from 7 buoy
field
- Direct and coordinate on-deck movement and
hook-up of Offshore sub-sea hose line to tanker
manifold
- Responsible for crude oil discharging operations
from start to finish.
- Coordinate release of hose string from manifold
- Coordinate vessel departure from CBM field.
- Responsible for annual onshore testing procedures on hose string (hydrostatic test, vacuum test, hose repair, etc.)
- Responsible for implementing all Exxon/Mobil safety standards and procedures relevant to Marine Terminal
- Screening on tanker vessels calling Quiliano Marine Terminal on behalf of Exxon/Mobil with appropriate reports and all other related documentation.
- Responsible for issuing internal work orders for equipment, services & external consultant orders
- Responsible for Marine Terminal Reports for the Trecate Refinery on general state of equipment.
- Consult the procurement department on technical matters concerning equipment purchases.
- Demurrage Action Team Manager for Trecate
- Refinery with all vessel Cow operation matters for Italian Refinery.
