Senior Designer Civil/Structural

Designing & Detailing of C/S/A Dwgs,AutoCAD & Micro Station), for various Refinery & Petrochemical, Cross-Country Pipeline, Oil well projects, Gas and Oil Separation Plants, Aluminum smelter plant project, also Other Industrial plant facilities, etc.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate with project engineer and other discipline activities and establish priorities to meet schedule dates. A good foundation for adherence to quality control.
• Preparation and checking drawings of Platforms, Walkways, Stairs and all Pipelines associated elements like Pipe Anchors, Pipe Supports & Sleepers, Scraper Launcher and Receiver facilities, metering skid facilities, etc.
• Preparation and checking drawings of Jackets, decks, Pile driving, Operating and Loading platforms (Onshore and Offshore), Lifting and installation drawings of existing and new structures, Pipe racks, Bridges, Flares, etc.
• Preparation and checking drawings of Tank foundations & Equipment foundations, Buildings including Control building, Sub-station, Operations support, Pressure reducing station and Utility buildings, etc.
• Preparation and checking drawings of Paving and Grading, Utility services, Underground utility structures, like Duct bank, Lift station, and Fuel tank enclosure, Manholes, Septic tanks, etc.
• Responsibilities include calculating material take off using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.
• Experience in 3D Modeling.
• Familiar with Saudi Aramco engineering standards and design practices.
• Maintain filing system in compliance to the Bechtel quality system ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001: 1996

- Passed Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
- Studied Pre-Degree Course at University of Kerala, India.
- National Trade Certificate, Government of India. Passed on July 1984 – Civil Draughtsman.
- Micro Station 95, SE , JAVA & Ver.8.
