Professional Experience
I have 21 years oilfield experience. 8 years mudloggers with NL Baroid, Sperry-Sun Drilling Services. 10 years Drilling Optimization and Pore pressure prediction Specialist with Sperry. 3+ years as MWD/LWD and Reservoir Navigation Engineer also with Sperry Drilling Services (Halliburton).
I have working experience on land and offshore rigs in sevral teritories. In Egypt; Western Desert, Eastern Desert, Gulf of Suez, Sinai and Nile Delta with many International and local parteners. I have overseas working experience in Syria, Saudia Arebia; eastern and western provences as well as offshore, and off shore of Nigeria.
In attempts to change my profession, recently I accuired a good Trainning and understanding of the general basics of directional drilling regarding the different techniques of directional drilling and the variability of the bottom hole assemblies in response to the perpose of the steerable run. I did practice the directional driller work with experienced directional driller in Halliburton. I have been trained in curve and hold, curve – hold and trurne as well as S- Shaped directional wells. I am awaire of the basics of Compass and Planet Softweare. In conclusion I almost have an experience of 6 Monthes in this task although I did not have signed tickets as a directional driller yet. I can readly work as a second Directional Driller

Puplications: with cooperation with others I have puplished two papers in the Geology and Drilling Optimizations fields:-
1- "Sedimentology and Stratigraphy of The Pliocene Outcrops in Wadi El Natrun, Western Desert, Egypt".
2- "Integrated Application of Pore Pressure/ Fracture Gradient Prediction and Annulus Pressure Measurements Optimizes Drilling in the Nile Delta." Mediterranean Offshore Conference 2006.
