Career Objective
• Confidently and individually work with variety of instruments by understanding its functionality and troubleshoot the complex control loops, Logics, pneumatic, hydraulic systems in safe manner
Professional Experience
• Configure the loops and implement logics in controls drawings, and make schematics in Yokogawa CS 3000 DCS.
• Edit the function block diagrams (FBD) using TS 1131 in Triconex.
• Working with Siemens SIMATIC S7 programming software using ladder logic (LD), statement list (STL) and function block diagrams (FBD).
• Configure the parameters for the steam turbine speed governor TS310, Woodward Peak 150, over speed switch Woodward 203.
• Calibrate and configure the SMART field instruments like Yokogawa, Rosemount transmitters using HART communicators and Brain terminal (BT100)
• Configure and calibrate the control valve Positioner like Fisher DVC 5000 /6000 models, Masoneilan SVI and other smart Positioner.
• Overhaul the control valves especially Fisher and Masoneilan valves.
• Work with P& I drawings, ladder logic diagrams and SAMA logic diagrams.
• Install commission and inspect the radial, thrust and keyphasor probes of Bently Nevada vibration monitoring system 3500 and 3300 series.
• Analyze process condition and tune the PID parameters of pneumatic and electronic controllers.
Eductation
• Having a NATIONAL APPRENTICE CERTIFICATE (3 Year course) issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), by Govt. of India in Instrumentation passed in Sep 1994.
• Passed Higher Secondary Course (H. Sc) with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Math passed in March 1991.
