I am also responsible in preparing, planning and present the master schedule, investment, evaluation progress report to company Group Executive Chairman I lease directly to government automotive related department in the procurement of CBU and CKD application in Malaysia and Indonesia. I am coordinating principal and local management for any information exchange, I also participated in business development activities such as new product, market penetration, sales and after sales service and dealer network development, KL and Jakarta motor show event preparation, automotive component localization program etc.

Overall Project Management of New Model production preparation (Toyota Passenger Car & Commercial Vehicle) in Automotive Plant.
Assistant Head Department of Production Engineering and Jig Manufacturing Dept, leader of 7 Engineers, 20 Technicians and 30 over technicians. In Engineering Section, i am responsible to monitor the team in Planning and set up Production Line include (facilities, equipments, process) for (Malaysia) Production. Set target and basic plan to achieve Toyota Vehicle High Quality Standard production system.
Conduct trial activities, troubleshooting daily production operation problem. Develop Subordinate to handle Production Preparation activity.
In Jig Manufacturing Section, I am responsible to monitor the workshop operation to support, just in time, and total preventive maintenance service to production operation.
In 2002, I was transferred to TOYOTA MOTOR JAPAN for coordinating of Malaysia IMV series new model project. I am responsible to support TOYOTA oversea technical and production engineering support. I participated in TOYOTA NEW MODEL SIMULTINOUS ENGINEERING activities to develop TOYOTA GLOBAL new model.
