·Engineering:
-Completed study and solved the problem of the low pump availability of the crude oil transfer pumps located at the Southern Swamp flowstations of Royal Dutch Shell in the Niger Delta area of Nigeria.
-Contracting, installation and commissioning of an 80% efficient crude oil transfer pumps for its specific speed and duty application for a Shell Petroleum Development Company (i.e. Royal Dutch Shell) flowstation at Opukushi, Nigeria.
-Design, contracting, installation and commissioning of submersible and surface pumps in Shell Nigeria flowstation saver-pits and free liquid knock-out vessels.
-Contracting, Installation and commissioning of flares and remote ignition systems for Shell Nigeria flowstations.
-Design, contracting, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems including gas-fired absorption units for Shell Nigeria projects.
-Preparation of Project Initiation Plans (PIN), Project Execution Plans (PEPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Asset Teams within Shell Nigeria based on yearly allocated budgets from Shell and Nigerian Government Key Stakeholders (i.e. NAPIMS, DPR).
-Team member for the flowstations’ logistics bases across Shell Nigeria, Western Division. Was responsible for all Mechanical design reviews.
·Project Management:
-Technologies transfer project management between Shell & Flowserve Pumps.
-Project management of a 2nos. $164 million (i.e. for each logistics base) field logistics bases: Shell, NNPC/NAPIMS and Bilfilger Berger (Germany & Nigeria)
·New Business Development:
-Researched and developed the use of natural gas-fired absorption HVAC systems for required Shell Nigeria projects.
-Researched and developed the use of Electric submersible pumps in Shell Nigeria flowstation saver pits.
