Security Manager

To seek an opportunity for the post - Security Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Supervising and reporting the security measures related to fire, life and safety of the premises; to the Security Manager.
•Carrying out investigation to the situations dealt with crime, fraud, fighting and any illegal activity, which is not liased as per the rules and regulations of the Organization.
•Time to time conducting fire drills, emergency evacuation procedures along with other departments for fire, life and safety awareness and act promptly when there are such urgency or outside threats.
•Monitoring / recording CCTV (Pelco) cameras and intervid cameras.
•Making minutes of the departmental / inter departmental communication meetings.
•Preparing damage reports, accident reports, incident reports and daily activity reports.
•Maintaining computerized security officer’s attendance, performance appraisal, lieu / sick leave days and training records.
•Doing administration work such as typing various letters, email / internet correspondences.

•Degree in Bachelors of Science (3 yrs. in Geology, Physics and Maths) from M.S.University, Gujarat, India. (Year 1990)
•Diploma in Pharmacy (2 yrs) from Anupama College of Pharmacy, Bangalore, India. (05-10-2000 to 30-09-2002)
•Computer Knowledge M.S word/excel.
•Email / Internet.
•English Shorthand / typing 60/30 w.p.m.

•Water Safety + course, sponsored by Jeff Ellis & Associates, Inc., International Aquatic Risk Management Consultants.
•First Aid course conducted by the Paramedic in Madinat Jumeirah Workshop.
•“Colleague of the Month” award from the Madinat Jumeirah for the outstanding performance.
•Dubai Police Security Management Course completed from Dubai Police, in the year 2009.
