1)Working with Jack up Rig PERRO NEGRO 3 Offshore Drilling at Krishna Godavri Basin, Kakanada, Andhra Pradesh (India).As a Quality controller from last3 years.
the following experiance gained
1. Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. 2. Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan on site. 3. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records. 4. Evaluates the qualifications of welders and Non Destructive Test-NDT technicians with regard to the activities assigned. 5. Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel. 6. Ensures the correct application of Quality Control phase. 7. Takes case of reporting to Project Quality Engineer (PQE). 8. Arranges in coordination with PQE and site personnel procedures, manuals and reports. 9. Make sure all sites activities are carried out according to reference documentation. 10. Cooperates in Event Report Management and for all the implementation of relative corrective actions. 11. Manages collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications. 12. Distributes Quality Plan on Site. 14. Informs the Project Quality Engineer of any deviation regarding the contract.prepare QMR and KPI report.
